He has worked in reputed MNCs and been handling responsibilities as Operations Head for more than 12 years.
Sidhaian is a Mechanical Engineer and a Six Sigma Black Belt. He is proficient at using TQM tools like 8D, Kaizen Improvement and 7 QC tools.
