Programmable logic controller (PLC) control panels, also known as PLC Automation Panel are very efficient Control panels. PLCs are generally used in a variety of electronic and electrical circuit fittings and for automation of certain electromechanical processes.

MCC consists of Feeders for motors and blowers, and Feeders are designed according to the motor rating. MCCs come with Manual or Auto provision based on customer’s requirement. With Manual setting, it can be operated manually. Under Auto setting, an external signal from the Control panel will be required to start the motor. A motor control center with several Motor Control units could include programmable controllers, variable frequency drives, and metering options.
Our MCC Panels are available in Single front and Double front designs. The Switchboards come in Draw-out type or in Fixed configurations. Customers appreciate our Panels highly because of its variable frequency drives and various Starter configuration.

Also, we monitor and put control checks on Switching ON of the Capacitor Banks before they are fully discharged.
We also manufacture Thyristor based Real-Time Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel or Thyristorised APFC Panel. In these APFC Panels, Thyristors replace Contactors for switching ON the capacitors at exactly the Zero point on the AC waveform. This method of switching ensures Zero harmonics and Surges, which increases the life and performance of the Capacitor Banks along with the life of the electrical installations.
Another unique feature our Thyristorised APFC panels is that can activate just the required no. of capacitor banks automatically, irrespective of the source (EB/DG). This also takes care of keeping the harmonics at the minimum if not eliminated.
