Our Industrial fans and blowers are classified under two major heads – Centrifugal Blower Fans & Axial Flow Fans.

Heavy Duty Centrifugal Blowers

SS Controls’ manufactures a wide range of centrifugal fans in varying capacities with fan wheels that range from 20 cm to 150 cm in diameter. Based on customer preference and application, we choose from a wide spectrum of materials like stainless steel, mild steel, high tensile steel, aircraft grade aluminum, rubber lined / FRP lined and spark proof constructions. We apply specialized coatings based on client specs.

Our medium pressure heavy duty blowers are installed for air pollution control, fume extraction, dust collection and industrial application like boilers /Incinerators /Paint shop

SS Control Systems specializes in the design and manufacturing of centrifugal Blower Fans. Some industrial applications where our Centrifugal fans are performing are

  • To remove moisture from parts by blow drying
  • To collect dust particles by inlet suction
  • To dry ink during printing processes

Forward Curved Centrifugal Blower

SS Control’s Centrifugal Forward Curved Fans/Blowers consist of Single Inlet and Single Width (SISW) configurations and Double Inlet Double Width (DIDW). These fans are well suited for high volume air displacement applications like general ventilation, air cooling, pressurization, Dust Collection etc.

Our Centrifugal Blower Fans have forward curved impellers with forward curved blades having special profiles to give you maximum efficiency at low noise levels. We can manufacture to your specifications from Fan Size [400 mm to 1000 mm (Dia)], Flow rates (from 200 to 25000 cfm) and Pressures (from 100 Pa to 600 Pa).

Backward Curved Centrifugal Blower

SS Control’s Centrifugal Blower Fans consist of Single Inlet and Single Width (SISW) configurations and Double Inlet Double Width (DIDW). These fans come in wide ranges of Flow rates (from 200 to 50,000 cfm) and Pressures (from 100 Pa to 1000 Pa)

Axial Fans with Adjustable Pitch

SS Control’s axial fans are designed to meet demanding commercial and industrial ventilation needs in hot, humid, dusty and corrosive environments. Axial Flow Fans are ideal for moving large volumes of air at low pressure. We can manufacture Axial Fans with Impellers up to 120 CM diameter.

Our unique axial impeller comes with variable pitch blades and customers can customize by changing the Hub – Tip ratio and also numbers of blades, to suit the air-flow requirements.

We manufacture the two most common types of Axial Flow Fans

  • Tube Flow Axial Fans or Ducted Fans – Tube Axial Flow Fans uses a propeller, rotating in a round section of duct, to remove air produced from a process or system. These fans are installed at Power Plants and for Mines Ventilation.
  • Axial Flow Fans or Wall Fans – Panel Fans or Wall Fans uses a propeller, rotating in a flat panel, to draw air into or exhaust air out from an enclosure

SS Control Systems specializes in the design and manufacturing of Axial Fans. Some industrial applications where our Axial fans are performing are

  • Exhausting Spray Painting booths
  • Exhausting dangerous fumes away from the operator like in welding booths
  • Cooling and Exhausting of machinery and/or systems
  • Spot cooling of heat generating equipment like Generators and Transformers
  • Ventilation and cooling by circulating air into Kilns, foundries, factories, warehouses, engine and equipment rooms
  • Cooling workers in hot work environments

We also supply a complete range of ancillary items like mounting feet, inlet cones, matching flanges and wire guards.

Plug & Plenum Fans

Our Plug fans and Plenum fans are designed and installed for general HVAC applications, where large volumes of clean air are needed to be pushed at moderate or low pressure. These fans offer great versatility and can be custom built for any configuration. Plug fans are highly efficient at recirculating air while they are easy to install and removal.

Our Plenum fans have airfoil impellers that are backward inclined. This provides high efficiency performance and sound characteristics meeting the requirements of the most demanding HVAC applications. SS Control’s Plenum fans offer great flexibility to be installed in any environment, while working at peak performance efficiency.

SS Controls offer both open and housed design fans that are direct motor driven or belt driven.

Custom Fans Design & Build

At SS Controls, we can custom design fans if our customer’s require fans for special applications. Our engineers have successfully customized fans for Steel, Power, Automotive, Cement and Process Industries including Boilers & Marine applications.

Fans Testing Facility

SS Controls has in-house Fan Testing Facility for both axial and centrifugal fans. We thoroughly test all mechanical and aerodynamics performance of our fans.
